Hobbyist Level:  A hardy fish that does better in brakish conditions. An interesting fish with a protractile mouth. Keep with fish it can not swallow.  Not for beginners, but they make an interesting addition to many community tanks.

How Many?  Can be kept as singles or in groups

Housing:  (Temperature- 75-85),  (pH 7.0-8.2)

Tank mates:  Other brakish fish.

Feeding:  Feed flakes, pellets, brine shrimp, plankton, mysis shrimp.

Natural Habitat:  Specie dependant.
