General:  An interesting fish that will grow large in big tanks. Member of the Antabantoid family from Africa.

Compatibility:  Compatible with fish of similar size. Mixes well with barbs, sharks, swordtails, silver dollars, tin foil barbs and some of the milder cichlids such as kribensis, juraparis and severums. Can not be trusted with guppies, angels, goldfish, and tetras.  Temperature 74-80

Feeding:  Feed pellets, large flakes, and Cichlid sticks.  Large specimens enjoy live worms.
