Chocolate Gouramis    Spaerichtys osphromenoides

General:  A shy species that must be kept with other slow moving peaceful fish.  Provide them with bushy plants for hiding.  They like  warm water. Temperature 78-82.  Good  tank mates include rams, small tetras, dwarf gouramis, croaking gouramis and honey gouramis  

Feeding:  They accept a variety of standard foods such as flake food, brine shrimp, plankton and Tetra Color Bits. Feed 2-3 times a day.
